The Star Vascular Access Center Advantage
We offer minimally invasive procedures with excellent outcomes. Our fellowship trained and board certified physicians use the most up-to-date techniques to improve our patients’ quality of life. Our state-of-the-art outpatient facilities provide safe, convenient, comfortable environments while our medical staff offer the knowledge, expertise, and personal attention that patients expect and deserve – before, during, and after each procedure.
Our physicians are board certified in vascular surgery and interventional nephrology, and are leaders in the fields of clinically proven, minimally invasive therapies. Our highly experienced registered nurses are Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified by the American Heart Association.
Communication with the referring staff, physicians, and patients is a top priority; we provide follow-up reports to referring physicians within hours post-procedure.
Star Vascular Access Center accepts most major medical insurance plans, and we complete our own pre-authorizations. We offer same or next day appointments with an easy scheduling process.
Our specialized focus allows us to be agile. We make your time at Bay Area Vascular Center move as quickly as possible, while still providing you with the warmest, highest quality care available.
What to Expect During Your Procedure Visit
Before your procedure, a registered nurse will discuss your medical history with you. Your doctor will also meet with you to answer any questions. Following the procedure, you will be taken to another room to rest, eat, and drink. Once the doctor has determined that you are ready, you will be all set to go home.
